Our nonprofit was formed with one core belief in mind:

Holistic healthcare should be accessible to all members of our community, regardless of their resources.

Our Mission

The Celestial Center strives to provide the highest quality, individualized holistic care to those in need, removing the barrier to access for whole body-and-mind healing services that would otherwise only be available to certain demographics. We offer complimentary and alternative medicine, which encompasses acupuncture, massage, East Asian medicine, and herbalism — as well as educational resources such as workshops, classes, internship opportunities, and retreats. We treat with a body-mind-spirit approach and provide patients with tools for self-empowerment and finding increased vitality. This includes utilizing a number of techniques and providing education for lifestyle, diet, sensory therapies, herbs and supplements.

Our goal is to make accessible alternative healthcare services that are not billable.

Our founder sought to use the expertise and knowledge gained from operating acupuncture practices in both Alaska and Hawaii, to reach further and meet a prevalent need in the community. The Celestial Center was born from this desire to make a difference.

Our Purpose

We are here to provide holistic services, products and healthcare based in traditional Eastern principles and practices, with programs that will help community members find emotional balance, self-understanding, overall optimal health, and tools for improving the well-being of themselves and their families. We practice the healing modalities of acupuncture, as well as Ayurvedic and Chinese herbalism: ancient and traditional forms of healing that realign the body and soul back into harmony, thus addressing the root and cause of imbalances, rather than just the symptoms.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a center that makes holistic care and wellness education a viable option for every individual. The Celestial Center is a place for community to learn and gather. It is not just an essential community service, but a pillar and a staple in accessible wellness, the likes of which has not yet been actualized in this beautiful corner of the world.
